Age Policy: It is now optional for all Guests over the age of 16 to provide their name and contact details via the NHS Track & Trace app, which can be scanned into outside the entrance lobby. This is a Legal requirement. If you are unable to access the app we will ask for the relevant details to be kept safe for 21 days and the disposed of.

All under 18’s (after 19.30) must be accompanied by a Guest 18 yrs +

Hand sanitiser stations or pumps are located around the venue for Guest use

Sensible footwear is required, if we deem footwear to be a risk on the Bowling lanes, we will provide bowling shoes free of charge

Timing: Please arrive no later than 10 mins before your booked time slot and check in at reception

All under 18’s must vacate the premises by 20.00 unless eating with 18 yrs + in the Oasis Restaurant

Face masks are no longer compulsory. However they can still be worn at your discretion.

If wheelchair access is required for your booking, please call 01257 542455 before your booking to enable the access lift to be deployed ahead of your arrival.
